From Workforce Coach to Educational Change-Maker

I began my career in Human Resources, where I led coaching and training programs to help adults thrive in the workforce. But I kept noticing a troubling trend—young people weren’t prepared to succeed after school. So I stepped into education to help fix it from the inside out.

After earning certifications in Business Education and advanced degrees in Educational Technology, I began teaching Business and Technology courses for grades 6–12—working in both IB charter schools and public districts. Along the way, I discovered my true calling: supporting educators.

Today, I help school leaders design sustainable professional development systems that build confident, tech-savvy teachers—through strategic coaching, purposeful integration, and follow-through that sticks.
