Meet Antoinette Bradley, Ed.D

My name is Dr. Antoinette Bradley, and I am the founder and visionary behind this innovative education service dedicated to revolutionizing teaching and learning through the seamless integration of pedagogy and technology.
My Journey
I embarked on my professional journey in Human Resources, specializing in training and career development. During my time as a Senior Helpdesk Coordinator at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and as a Senior Counselor at Professional Job Club Development, Inc. (PJCD), I honed my skills in leadership, training, and workforce development. My passion for preparing individuals for success led me to realize a critical gap in the preparedness of young adults entering the workforce.
Driven by this realization, I transitioned into education, earning certifications in Business Teacher Education and completing a master’s and doctorate in Educational Technology from Central Michigan University. My dissertation, titled “Teacher Perceptions of Learner-Centered Strategies in Professional Learning Environments,” reflects my dedication to enhancing professional development and technology-supported learning environments.
Professional Experience
As a secondary education teacher specializing in Business Education and English, I have taught a range of subjects including Business Computer Applications, Website Development, and Mobile Applications Development. My experience spans teaching grades 6-12 at an International Baccalaureate (IB) K-12 public charter school and a high school closer to home.
As an instructional coach, I had the opportunity to support my colleagues through coaching and professional development sessions ensuring educator success and student outcomes.
Beyond the classroom, I have actively contributed to the educational community. I have served on district taskforce committees to support teachers and district leaders during the COVID-19 pandemic, presented at conferences on topics such as LMS Integration and Tech Integration & Data Analysis, and provided coaching and training to colleagues.
Community Involvement
My commitment to education extends to my community involvement. I have been a Girl Scout Leader, served in various roles for in Youth Ministry, served as a PTA Vice-President, and served in various roles as a LaMere in the Les Meres et Debutant Club. These experiences have enriched my understanding of diverse learning needs and strengthened my resolve to empower educators.
