Meet Dr. Antoinette Bradley

Founder, CEO & Lead Education Consultant

Dr. Antoinette Bradley, Ed.D., is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Consultant of Empowire, LLC. Empowire is an education consulting firm dedicated to helping K–12 schools transform professional development into a catalyst for purposeful, measurable change.

She partners with school and district leaders to move beyond one-size-fits-all training and build sustainable professional learning systems that strengthen teacher leadership, reduce burnout, and align technology to instructional priorities. Her work sits at the intersection of instructional leadership, technology integration, and systems design, ensuring initiatives don’t just launch. They last.

Why Dr. Bradley Founded Empowire

Dr. Bradley’s career began in Human Resources and workforce development, where she coached adults in professional growth, leadership readiness, and long-term career success. In that work, she identified a recurring challenge: individuals often entered the workforce underprepared, not due to lack of ability, but due to gaps in systems, training, and support.

That realization led her into education.

As a secondary educator and instructional coach, Dr. Bradley saw the same pattern mirrored in schools: educators were committed and capable, yet overwhelmed by disconnected initiatives, rapid technology adoption, and professional development that lacked follow-through.

Empowire was founded to close that gap. By helping school leaders design cohesive, human-centered PD systems that translate vision into classroom practice.

Leadership Philosophy: How Dr. Bradley Works With Schools

Dr. Bradley’s consulting approach is guided by four core principles that shape every partnership:

Empowerment Over Compliance
Professional learning should build confidence, honor teacher expertise, and develop leadership capacity not compliance.
Clarity With Purpose
Every strategy, tool, and session must align to instructional goals and measurable outcomes.
Innovation That Serves Learning
Technology should simplify, enhance, and support instruction, never distract from it.
Partnership, Not Prescription
Sustainable systems are co-designed with leaders to reflect school culture, priorities, and capacity.

These principles form the foundation of Empowire’s LEAP + SPARK Framework™, ensuring professional learning is both strategic and human-centered.

Community-Rooted Leadership

Dr. Bradley’s work is deeply informed by her commitment to community and service. Beyond her professional roles, she has served as:
